My son is 1month old and he has gas problem he is on breast milk but I also express my milk and feed in the bottle . Doc has given him neopeptine drops . He is better and not crying much of pain but he still makes a sound and trying to pass gas through out the night which disturbs his sleep . He passes motion almost everyday and sleeps well in the day time .. What must be the cause of his gas. Can I give colic aid along with neopeptine .
