What Causes Gastric Problems And Pain During Bowel Movement?

i woke up today getting ready for school when i was about ready i felt nausea and i kept farting alot then i went to the bathroom to try and take a poop then it hurt really bad to pee. i went to lay downas i lay down i can feel pain and i cept hurting to the point where i cried and i was already constapated for 2 days and i tried to poop again and all i could feel was pain again and when i pushed i pooped but just alil i loked down and my poop was green like a braccoli green and it was mixed with water from my bootywhole and it looked soogy i laid down after i pooped more then my stomach pain went away alil then woke up at 5pm ate i felt very weak now i feel like im ketching a cold. ive been have this constupation problem for a while ill have it then irt will go away then i wont poop normaly then maybe sometimes i wont poop for 2 weeks this is the first time its been like this ive been taking laxative and it barley works then tonight ive noticed each time i pooped it looks darker and some lightish green is around it and now it looks black with mucis around it im scared cuz ive never had it looked like that and my stomach has been bothering me for 3 whole days nowand ive been haveing nausea each time and i dont know what it is or what i should do can someone please help me

Please change your diet and lifestyle
stop all dairy products
cut down animal proteins
eat plant based diet
dont skip meals .
keep moving for your bowels to move
exercise daily
increase fluid intake according to your weight and level of activity.
increase fiber intake
take a probiotic daily
eat fermented foods like saurkraut
these general mesyures will work.Ifthey dont work go to a gastroenterologist dr
