I being a surgeon, we encounter so many such cases day in and day out.. I read your question completely and have understood it well enough.. I will analyze all your points.. 1. After reading your history and the symptoms that you say, in all likelihood you are suffering from Pneumaturia. It means, passing of gas or flatus through Urethra.. 2. Most commonly, it s due to Fistula. And again most common among fistulas is Colo vesical fistula. It means abnormal connection between colon, and bladder. And hence gas from colon goes to bladder and then through Urethra it comes out.. 3. Causes of this fistula are. A. Crohns disease B. Any pelvic surgery C. Cancer Colon or bladder D. Radiation etc.. 4. So we have to evaluate first, find out the cause and then treat.. Please investigate yourself. You need, Cystoscopy and Barium Enema.. 5. Later we can plan on how to go about..
