What Causes Gas Pain In Stomach, Chest And Throat?

Hi, Gas pains in stomach, chest, and throat. Haven t been sleeping well due to steroid shot because of 6 neck surgeries. Not eating well either. Sort of concerned about pain. Took some Gas X with some soda. Better but, I m sitting up instead of laying down. Any ideas please??

see, you are having indigestion and GERD or gastroesophageal reflux disorder.
this needs some regular medication.
do the following-
most importantly, take less fatty food and more fruits, vegetables and dietary fibers.
take small frequent meals.
take plenty of fluid.
take tab pantoprazole-levosulpiride combination daily before breakfast for 15-20 days.
take antacid syrup if required after food.

give a feedback after 20 days.
