Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of fungal infection on scrotal skin, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Don't apply lobate-gm, quadriderm or fourderm cream as all of these contain potent steroid which will worsen the condition.
3. Apply a mild antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
4. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for itching.
5. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
