What Causes Friction Between The Hip Bones While Walking?

I m almost 20 years of age, female. I ve been dancing for only a year and a half. Every time I walk, my hips grind. Also, my friends have pointed out that my hips face slightly downwards compared to their hip anatomy. I can t turn out my hips when I dance, and whenever I try, I turn out my knees which causes bad pain. My knees always give out on me. I want to know why my hips are grinding when I walk and why I can t turn out. Please help, thanks :)

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings Regarding your experience with your hips grinding while walking with a history of dancing for the past a year and half I am suggesting that you have developed a osteoarthritis with a hip dislocation
In view of this please do a pelvic x-ray to rule out this conditions
Meanwhile please see an orthopaedic specialist with the result and for further expect clinical assessment and possible surgical interventional procedures
I hope this helps Regards
