What Causes Frequent Vomiting With All Blood Work Normal?

My husband is very weak and cant stop puking every month. He is not running a fever and we have been to the hospital and to his doctor about this before. All his blood work is coming back and everything is normal. What else can we do to try and stop all this

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your husband having weakness, can not stop puking every month, not running fever, consulted the Doctors, all blood work is normal; wants to know what else to try and stop the problems.
Since the blood work is normal, we have to think differently.
I would advise you the following:
Upper GI endoscopy and barium studies of the esophagus, stomach, duodenum and follow through for small intestine.
CT scan of the brain to rule out the central cause of vomiting.
Blood tests particularly liver and kidney functions.
Clinical evaluation and examination.
Psychoanalysis for evaluation of psychogenic vomiting.
All such detailed work alone can get the cause and help your husband to have proper assessment and proper treatment
