What Causes Frequent Vomiting In A Child?

My grandaughter just turned 7 and she has been throwing up at least once a week at night after she goes to bed. She just wakes up and has thrown up. She may do it twice. She does not hurt anywhere and is fine the next day. This had been going on now for about 2 months. Cat Scan was done and showed everything ok in her head. What could be causing this?

Hi...I suggest the kid might be having a reflux or otherwise called GER in medical terms. Head end of the bed elevation and antireflux measures will definitely help. I don't think s CT brain was necessary in thus case. But even in GER you need not be panicky unless its causing growth faltering. Happy to help anytime.
