I am in Singapore and have been having frequent urination problem for the past 1.5 month. Sometimes I urinate a lot and lots of urine come out. Other times it feels like a leaking tap inside with pressure building up in the penis to want to urine often. I have done all the tests with urologist and nothing is wrong. No diabetics, no urine track infections, no prostate problems etc. He thinks it could be an overactive/sensitive/weak bladder. Not taking any other medicine except started a few weeks ago after consulting online some kottakal ayurvaidya sala medicine: kaisoraguggulu vatika and pravalabhasmam. I also take ashwagandha and occasionally oxybutanayin chloride for calming bladder and urine tract muscles.



I am a 39 year old male, tall and lean with no other medical problems. I dont drink or smoke and dont indulge in sex. What could be wrong and what sort of treatment should I take?
