What Causes Frequent Urination?

Hi, I pee a lot nowadays. Before, I used to pee, what I consider, normal, but now, maybe I go out and have an ice tea and after 20 minutes I have the urge. At work I drink only 500ml of water sometimes, yet I still pee a lot. My urine is quite clear, as far as I've seen, considering the small amount of liquids I drink during those hours at work. A while ago I was able to hold it back, although I know it's not good, but now, if I feel it coming, I have to go quickly, because I can't retain it. It is very uncomfortable if I go out cycling or even at work. Do you have any idea what could it be?

Hi thank you for querry,
As you mentioned your symptoms it mostly occur in UTI
urinary frequency and urgency along with burning micturation in some cases severe pain along with shaking chills fever.
If a patient came to me with such symptoms i will first advised for urine complete examination
if its cinfirmed UTI
i prescribe tab.ciprofoxacin 500mg BD for 7 days
along with citrosoda sarchet BD
Tab.nospa and tab.diclofenic for pain only.
drink alot of fluid and water,
citrus juices are also effective.
