Understanding your concern. As per your query you have frequent urination which could be three main factors. First of all it could be psychogenic. secondly it could be due to diabetes mellitus and insipidus and thirdly due to urinary tract infections. I would suggest you to visit general physician once and get it examined. Doctor may refer you to endocrinologist for diabetes and urologist for UTI .You should go for hemogram, complete blood examination, ultrasound, kidney function tests and urinary culture and sensitivity. You should avoid food that irritate bladder . Drink cranberry juice to help fight bladder infections. I would suggest you to go for hormone assay for anti-diuretic hormone and start treatment after proper prescription.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
