What Causes Frequent Urination With Swollen Abdomen?

i am have frequent urination, of dark yellow color despite of me drinking 3-4 liters of water every day. Also when ever I eat/drink something, it pains in my abdomen. my abdomen is all swelled up and hard. I'm also facing constipation from past 2 weeks.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. The swollen abdomen is possibly due to constipation.
2. You need to take more fluids as 3-4 liters is not adequate. I would suggest atleast 8 liters to improve it. Get a urine examination done. Urine microscopy is necessary and leukocytes needs to be watched for. If it is normal, then further tests are necessary.
3. Get liver function tests if it is still persistently yellow to rule out any jaundice.
Increase fiber in diet. If required, take a laxative.
