Urologist 's  Response
I believe u drink a lot of water and a large amount at a time. Hence void a lot more than usual and with urge.
With history of diabetes in family and urine smelling like sugar puffs, get urine routine to see if sugar is present in urine aand also Fasting Blood Sugar done for confirmation of u being diabetic. Urine routine will also help u rule out infection or any other abnormality.
Restrict intake of water to 2-3 litres per day and 1-2 glass at a time. Take less coffee or tea. avoid smoking.
