What Causes Frequent Urination, Loss Of Appetite And Nausea?

Hi, For the last few weeks I ve noticed I always need to urinate a lot when I ve been to the pub. I generally only have 2 or 3 halves of diet coke over a 3 - 4 hour period, but when I get home I sometimes need to go 2 or 3 times within an hour, and then another 2 or 3 times during the night. I also feel tired a lot in the mornings especially, and in the last 2 weeks have lost my appetite almost entirely and feel nauseous quite a lot. Any ideas?

Hello,

You have to rule out urinary tract infection according to provided history. For that, you need to investigate with urine routine microscopic examination to check for the presence of any pus cells if present. It's advisable to investigate with CBC and USG abdomen and pelvis as well. You can provide the reports if already done to comment further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
