What Causes Frequent Urination In A Child?

my 2 year old daughter have frequenct urination last few days. doctor ask ufr and urine culture. in ufr report come 10-12 pus cells, few orgasinm, occasionally red cells. then doctor gave oral antibiotics. today i got urin culture report that come no growth that mean no bacteria. what is the problem doctor? I really scared. thanks

It is due to minor urinary tract infection.

If symptoms persist antibiotics have to be started.
