Hello

Frequent urination may be due to many reasons like urinary tract infection(UTI),diabetes mellitus, psychogenic etc.

You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine RE/ME and culture/sensitivity.

You may need to take full course of antibiotics.

Get well soon.
