Hello, My husband eats healthy foods, lots of fruits, vegetables etc. However he has to get up to urinate several times at night. What should he do to sleep without interruption(s) or at least cut back on his trip to the bathroom 3-4 times a night? He is 83 years old. Thank you. E.Foreman YYYY@YYYY
