What Causes Frequent Urination And Tingling Sensation In The Groin Area?

I ve been experiencing tingling feeling (about to reach climax; orgasm) not pain, frequent urination, occasional back pain and spotting. I just had my period few days ago, so I know I m not pregnant. No odor in urination or itchiness, can t be UTI or STI (I was tested for that not too long ago). I started drinking cranberry juice and the spotting went away, this morning it came back and the tingling is more intense. Please help.

mind activities reflecting as physical phenomenon most likely .
