What Causes Frequent Urination And Tinge Of Blood In Urine?
This afternoon I went to urinate and felt a heavy unusual feeling like I was busting after doing a small wee I drank lots of water as I thought maybe I was dehydrated. This after I have drank lots of water and am urinating frequently - when it starts to flow it doesnt hurt but at the end there is no pain but it feels tight like theres more and when I wipe theres a little bit of pink (?blood). I am still drinking lots and finding that I need to go very often as I cant hold it it feels like Im very full in the bladder.??? what can it be

I understand your concerns. Difficulty to empty your bladder may happen by several causes like:
Urethra stricture
Stones of urethra
Prostate hypertrophy
Bladder of urethra polyps, etc.
If there is any stone he may cause little traumas of urethra and small bleeding too.
Have an appointment with your urologist and do the complete examinations to realize what the real problem is.
