What Causes Frequent Urination And Pressure In My Pelvic?
I have had frequent urination and pressure in my pelvic area since September, urine tests came back fine, given antibiotic and still no change. I literally go to the bathroom 30+ times a night. Sleeping patterns are completely shot and I'm afraid I'm going to urinate on myself constantly. I also have pain associated with the pressure and urge.
There are different possible causes of urinary frequency. If infection has been ruled out by urine analysis then the other causes may need to be considered.
Some of these are: (1)cystitis (inflammation of the bladder) . This can be due to infection (ruled out), chemicals or as a result of interstitial cystitis
(2)diabetes
(3)urethritis- inflammation of the urethra
(4)side effect of medication
(5)vaginitis
(6)bladder dysfunction
(7)stones or other masses in an aspect of the urinary tract
You should consider visiting an urologist for an assessment . This would include repeat urine analysis , blood tests and imaging.
I hope this helps
