What Causes Frequent Urination And Pain On Right Side Of Abdomen?

I have been peeing frequently to the point where sometimes it feels like I cannot hold it back, there is just a lil bit of burning; more pressure than anything and pain on my R side of my abdominal. After I feel the burn sensation when the pee is coming out I then feel like an itchy feeling and when I wipe not to sound gross but the itch being wiped makes me feel like its a real good feeling like satisfaction to have the itch removed. Does this sound like an UTI, PID, or an STD?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per the symptoms description, it seems to be a case of urinary tract infection with possible calculus in the urinary system.

I recommend urine microscopy with ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis for best management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
