I was diagnosed with uti and treated with cefexin for 7 days the wbc went down to 4-6 from 8 to 10 . the doctor advised me to take plenty of water. But after a week i had my urine tested again and the wbc grew and i took another 7 days of cefexin 2 x a day. Had my urine tested then the wbc grew to 50-60 hpf. I wad advised to have a culture urine test. The result is no organism found. Though previous tests found bacterial from occassional to few. Albumin +, rbc 5-6, sugar-. I urinate very often sometimes uncontollable. No fever. Not vomitting. Back and lower ribs pains
