What Causes Frequent Urination And Lower Back Pain?

Hi I hope you can help. Over the past six months I have been urinating 3-4 time a night. The frequency has increased during the day too. I have pains that move from my penis to my bottom. I have pain in my lower back and in my lower stomach. I am often constipated. Have you any ideas what maybe causing this problem?

Hello

Frequent urination may be due to many reasons like urinary tract infection(UTI),diabetes mellitus,enlarged prostate(in males).

You may need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine RE/ME and culture/sensitivity.
Ultrasound can excludes many causes.

Proper treatment depend upon findings.
You may need to take antibiotics.
