What Causes Frequent Urination And Irregular Menstruation?

Hello I have been experiencing frequent urination, along with increased offensive wind, belching and bloating, especially after eating. Ive recently been diagnosed with Hashimotos disease and I m subsequently gluten free. I have no pain on urinating, no irregular menstruation or discharge. Just a strange sensation of feeling full.
