What Causes Frequent Urination And Headaches?

I cannot retain water properly. It s been a decade. Frequent urination, headaches, slowed down bowels. Took mother s diuretic meds by accident years ago, and have been this way since. Don t remember the name. Any help at all would be very, very helpful.

Hello,

I have evaluated your case and I come to the conclusion that diuretic which you took accidentally is not causing this problem. It can be due to excessive water drinking or because of cold weather or some renal causes or some central causes like central diabetes insipidus. You can get your urine routine and microscopy ultrasound KUB, serum osmolarity, and urinary osmolarity.

If there is suspicion of diabetes whether is central or peripheral you can get your pitressin test.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
