General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for asking at HCM.
If you have so much puss in urine than you will need a urineculture to see for bacteria in urine.
puss in urine can happen not only with urinary infections but with genital infections also.
What I would recommend is:
1- do a urineculture
2- drink plenty of water to flush your urinary system
3- do routine screening tests for Chlamydia, gonorrhea and tricomonas infection
4. according to the test results mentioned you will need to take the appropriate treatment.
5. have safe sex- preventive measures against sexually transmitted disease.

Hope this is helpful and answers to your question.

Best regards

Dr Antoneta
