What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Constant Headaches In A Child?

I have a 6 year old who I ve had to Dr. three times already. She complains of constant headache x app. 3 weeks. She had urinalysis which came back normal. She is going frequently every 15-20 minutes. Sometimes able to urinate sometimes nothing. She has had a low grade fever off and on x 2-3 weeks. Her glucose is 83. No other labs have been done. Also I have given her four child tablets to help her have a bowl movement. she has had 10 small rock size bowel movements. Uncertain if this is all combined. I feel they are missing something. They say her urine sample came back fine but we were waiting on culture. She is on antibiotic now. Unsure if I should take her to e.r for checkup. Right now she has a fever over 100 and she has had ibuprofen and Tylenol
