What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Burning Sensation In Penis?

I have been having a burning in my penis and lower abdominal and is getting much worse! Also feel the need to urinate frequently with very little urine and hard to start urinating. I just got done seeing my urological Doctor and no sign of infection in urine!! Had blood work done about 9-months ago and my PSA is .37 and my A1C was 5.7. I am taking 50mcg/hr Fentanyl and 10 mg. of oxycodone for severe chronic back pain and that does not even help with burning. What do you suggest? Thank you- Gregory Gabel

Thank you for following up, you didn't write all information,that's why i can explain to you only, that you have problems with prostate and urine bladder. I think you should consult one more at other urologist and do cystography(X- ray of urine bladder). It seems you have hypertrophy of prostate and dysmetabolic nephropathy. I suggest you to drink uroantiseptic nalidixic acid 2 tab 4 times 7 days and cystone 2 tab 2 times 1 month.
Consult your urologist and oncologist.
