What Causes Frequent Urination Along With RBC In Urine?
I have had an issue with frequent urination , I can go 4 times in an hour. I do not have any pain or burning my test came back with HGB of 2+ and trace of leukocyte esterase and trace of bacteria and WBC of 0-2 and RBC or 6-10. This issue has gone on for years. What could be the cause. YYYY@YYYY

General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
The symptoms you describe seem to be due to oxalate stones in bladder. Do urine examination and USG urinary bladder. You would need to restrain from eating tomatoes and all the seed containing vegetables, because they are rich in oxalates. Drink plenty of water. Take over the counter tab Cystone 2 pills three times a day. You also need to consult kidney specialist for knowing confirmed cause and also the extent of problem. An expert's advice for management would help you.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
