What Causes Frequent Urination After Consuming Liquids?

I am 23 years old and lately I have noticed that I urinate almost right after I drink something and then after 10-15 minutes I need to go again and maybe in another half an hour - again. the urine is just colourless and pale, transparent, which I know is normal. However, I really don t drink that much, one glass of milk with ginger in the mornings, then a glass of water at work during lunch and another glass in the evening, sometimes juice as well. So I m worried that even the liquids that I do intake go right out without even being accepted by the body. Is there a reason to worry? What could be the problem?
