General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What symptoms you are describing suggest that you could be having enlarged prostate gland called 'benign prostatic hypertrophy' (BPH).
Kindly get per rectal examination done by consulting Surgeon followed by an ultrasound abdominal scan for further confirmation.
Depending on the nature of the disease, further treatment could be planned and advised.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
