What Causes Frequent Urge To Urinate And Vaginal Spasms During Urination?

I keep having sudden urges to urinate but very little urine is coming out. I am also spotting and my vagina is spasming as if I am urinating. What is going on with me. I have been to the restroom to urinate seven times in the last two hours. My last menstrual cycle was on Feb. 4

Hello. Your symptoms are very much suggestive of a urinary tract infection. Kindly refer to your doctor for treatment which includes antibiotics and antispasmodic. You also need to drink lots of fluids and keep yourself well hydrated. Hope this helps.
