What Causes Frequent Urge To Urinate Along With Abnormal Bowel Movement?
sir, i am having some bowel problems lately. i feel urge to pass it 3-4 times a day and the stool is rather paste like soft. it feels like half part i eat goes to toilet. i see undigested beans, pulses, fibres on my stool. so i feel dizzy all day. but i donot experience any other symptoms. i had same problem last year after i got my nose surgery (septorhinoplasty).
Hello and welcome to HCM, An urge to pass stools 3-4 times a day with passage of stools with paste like consistency and undigested food suggests indigestion. The transit time in the small intestine is short which is not allowing the food to be properly digested. This could be due to gastrointestinal tract infection. I suggest you to get stool examination to look for any evidence of infection. In case there is any evidence of infection, appropriate antibiotic is required. Thus, consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment, investigation and thus management.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
