If you are otherwise healthy, the first thing that I would be suspicious of is constipation. Your symptoms sound like they might be caused by having a large amount of very dry stool that you are unable to pass. If you develop any other symptoms like a fever, or weakness, I recommend being seen urgently, but for the time being you might want to try something to help with constipation. If you are passing nearly nothing, I'd start with taking miralax, docusate, and senna. You might consider even taking up to 8 grams of miralax mixed with something like gatorade over the course of a few hours to really get things moving along. After this, and in general, the best way to prevent future constipation is to drink copious amounts of water every day. I recommend at least 64oz daily at the minimum.
