What Causes Frequent Urge And Mild Burning Sensation During Urination?

Hello, I have had urge to urinate frequently for about a year.I have had PSA test come normal, MRI pelvic area revealed no mass and image also revealed normal size prostate gland Also had cystoscopy which revealed normal bladder. Urethra was said to be normal as well. What I am experiencing is urge to urinate and mild burn , like when something acidity touches a cut when i pee .I ve had uti test and std all normal. Lastly, I do get some sharp pain head of penis .

Your bladder and prostate appear normal by investigations ....
So no need for worry about cystitis or prostate problem.

Now as you are having pain at tip of penis , rule out stone in ureter or lower down by USG and x ray.....

The pain at tip penis can be by balanitis if head penis red and inflamned....
For that antiinflammatory drug like brufen can be given....

Get your urine examined for pus cells .
If present antibiotic given...

Excess spicy food can lead burning micturition...
So avoid excess spicy.

So drink more water.....
Cranberry juice good for urinary infection.
