What Causes Frequent Tearing Of Foreskin?

i am 20 years of age and have been sexually active with one girl for just about a year now. over the past 6 moths my fore skin has been ripping any time we have sex and even at times it rips for it self when i clean it. can someone please help me. i have a really high sex drive and sex was absolutely amazing until this started happening. i tried resting it for a couple weeks but nothing seems to be working.
