Hi,

The frequent sinus infections, dizziness, and headaches may be related to the traumatic injury that you sustained in November 2014. The symptoms you are experiencing could be related to post-concussion syndrome, which can occur after a head injury. In addition to dizziness, headaches, and balance problems, the post-concussion syndrome can also cause fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and sensitivity to light and noise.

Sinus infections can also be a possible cause of your symptoms. A sinus infection occurs when the cavities around your nasal passages become inflamed and swollen. This can cause symptoms such as facial pain, nasal congestion, and headache. The blood in your nasal discharge may be due to irritation of the sinus tissues or may be related to the sinus infection itself.

It is important to see a doctor to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms. Treatment options may include antibiotics for the sinus infection, medications for post-concussion syndrome, or other therapies depending on the specific diagnosis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
