What Causes Frequent Nose Bleeds?
hey,
i just been to the toilet and when i wiped i had abit of blood then when i jumped into the shower straight after i had a nose bleed and my nose bleeds have been happening a lot recently, yesterday i had one lasted for about 20-30mins,
my question is, why am i bleeding a lot?

You have not mentioned your age and whether male or female.
Anyways first of all get your blood pressure examined , as high blood pressure is one of the common reason for nasal bleeding.
Then you should get examined by an ENT specialist if there is any mass inside the nose which is causing the bleed.
Thirdly if you regularly blow your nose then try to avoid it.as blowing will cause bursting of small blood vessels and lead to bleeding.
