What Causes Frequent Nose Bleeds In A Person Suffering From Proctitis?

Hello, my daughter, aged 22 has been diagnosed with proctitis. She s waiting for a full colonoscopy under sedation next week . The gastroenterologist suspects ulcerative colitis given the symptoms and the recent sigmoidoscopy showing proctitis. We have noted however she s been having regular nose bleeds over the past 2 months. Is this connected to ulcerative colitis ? Not sure if we should mention it to our specialist. Thank you for your advice.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, clinical condition not being stated here so it can be said what could be the possible condition it is, because some three conditions being stated here and non of them correlated with each others, and all of these given without the symptoms, it may not be anything as it is being suspected hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
