What Causes Frequent Nausea, Dizziness And Body Tremors?

Hi,Yesterday evening when i got home from a long schoolday, where i had a lot of sport i felt really naceous and shaky, i felt better in the morning, especially because i could sleep in. But now it s 9 p.m again and i feel worse than last night. I feel shaky, nauseous, shaky and really dizzy when i stand up. What s wrong with me?

I really appreciate your concern, here I would like to rule out the chances of hypoglycemia so better to eat something even take care for hydration too and this is nothing to worry, have some rest and everything would be fine soon, hope this information helps.
