What Causes Frequent Heartburn And Black Color Vomiting During Pregnancy?

Hello. I have always had a problem with heartburn, I am currently 14 weeks pregnant and in the last 2 weeks my heartburn has been very bad and frequent and in vomiting because of it and it s a dark brown/black colour and it burns coming up. What does this mean? I am currently on 40mg of omeprazole(2 20mg tablets before bedtime) and also 300 mg of ranitidine throughout the day(2 150mg tablets)

Contact immediately to a Gastroentrologist as this is all due to high acid content in stomach, Gastroesophageal Reflux of that acid. It has gone to the next level and has caused a gastric ulcer that bleeds. Stomach acid and blood starts areaction, making the blood black colored. Thats why you have dark brown/black colored vomitus.

The Gastroentrologist will go for a gastroscopy and will treat according to the cause if not contraindicated in pregnancy.
