What Causes Frequent Headaches And Recurring Fever Along With Tiredness?

My granddaughter is having frequent recurring low level headaches, is extremely tired and experiencing a fever seems like every other day. This has occurred off and on for 3 weeks now. She complains about the headache but nothing else. I ve noticed that she does not visit the bathroom like most children and seems constipated often. Dr. Originally thought it was a sinus infection and prescribed antibiotics that have had no effect . Any suggestions?
