What Causes Frequent Headache And Hair Fall?

Hi lately I ve been feeling very different in myself kite the last three weeks I ve been getting frequent headaches which is very unusual for me as I ve never suffered with headaches before and also my hair is falling out when I shower in some clumps any idea what could be causing this

I understand your concerns.Recent onset frequent headaches in your case along with increased hair fall points out to one single cause for both and that is stress.Probably,you are at stress nowadays.But be reassured and don't worry as even normally,we people lose upto 100 hairs per day.So,do some mental relaxation exercises and it will help in easing both,headache and hairfall.I hope it helped.
