What Causes Frequent Fluctuations In Platelet Count?

Hi, I pulled out in my medical records and seen my Platelet Count has not been in the normal range in three years change like this : 119, 110.105. and recently my MPV were increased to 11.6 ,MCH got low (26) MCHC 31.8 .So is that ok or I need to see the doctor? Thank you, Saeed

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Platelet count above 1 lakh should not be much of a worry. Also, other parameters are showing only borderline variations.
Kindly keep a check of these parameters once in 6 months. In case there are some gross variations noted, then you need to consult Physician for through evaluation.
Otherwise, improve your intake of protein in your diet.
