What Causes Frequent Flatulence?

Hi. Sooo.. I ve had this issue.. It doesn t occur all the time, but sometimes I will notice a slight fart smell coming from down under. I clean very well, am very conscious of my personal hygiene (as well as this fart issue so I probably over clean if anything), have no STD s, never had anything go wrong down there but this still happens. I used to think it happened only when I wear certain fabrics or underwear but I m not sure now. Please help me.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. If you have prolapsed piles(hemorrhoids) or fistula then this can happen. So better to get a local examination by a general surgeon to rule out this. You can use espumisan capsules or syrup to control flattulence.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
