What Causes Frequent Fever, Vomiting And Diarrhea?

age 12 yrs old with fever on n off for past 2 days associated with headache in frontal region and also abdominal cramps in central region with stool passage with blood and mucus for past 1 day.. no complaint of nausea , vomitting and diarrhoea no investigations done started treatment with ofloxacin and ornidazole and antipyretic . what to do next and what is most probable diagnosis

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The most probable diagnosis is enteritis of a mild form causing only the present symptoms you described.
The treatment is absolutely correct and continue with this for at least 6 days.
Take Electral that is Oral Rehydration Solution or so if there is weakness.Add probiotics.
You should be fine soon.
Investigation like blood , urine and stool and ultrasonography are required only if there is no relief with the present medicines.
