What Causes Frequent Fatigue, Weakened Muscles And Disturbed Sleep?
sir i have been suffering from a problem of easy fatigability of muscles of the whole body specially calf muscles, back muscles , tiredness, generalised weakness which is relieved by taking rest, with disturbed sleep and lack of concentration in studies. Amedicine specialist prescribed me TAb ubicar for 60 days will it be helpful

there are different causes of generalised weakness,like
neuromuscular disorder,anxiety depression,anaemia,thyroid disorder ,diabetes,etc.
you should consult a physician and go through proper metabolic workup.
