What Causes Frequent Episodes Of Anaphylactic Shock?

In March I suddenly went into Anaphylactic Shock (maybe after eating a pistachio? something that was always previously safe). From that point on - I have been experiencing SEVERE symptoms: lost 40 lbs in 1 month - could not eat - I still go into shock if I eat anything but carrots/celery/yams, chicken, gr apples, navel oranges. Testing shows I now have a lethal case of leaky gut and celiac, but the MAIN Cause is not found. I go into Endotoxic Shock from food/smells and unknown reasons.
