What Causes Frequent Dizziness With History Of Nerve Damage?

My mom has dizzy spells episodes often. She was in a car accident 35 years ago and broke her neck which was repaired. She has symptoms similiar to minyears disease. She has been told she has a broken nose and nerve damage in an area behind the ear and back of head. she was given klonapin .25 mg twice daily and to take meclazine as needed. she went from healthy to invalid in a year. She sees a doctor and a neorologist and nothing seems to help her. What does this sound like to you?
