What Causes Frequent Dizziness And Increase In Heart Beat?

My child keeps complaining of becoming dizzy in hot showers and several other times even when she's not in the shower. When this happens, she says her heart starts to beat really fast, and when it slows down she says it feels like it stops for a couple of seconds, and she sees black and bright colors that start from the edges and then completely black out. What do I do?

your childs symptoms are self explanatory she is having some issue with her inner system due to which she doesnt have proper oxygenation during hot bath and when oxygen content of blood drops she gets dizzy, has black outs, increased heart rate so that oxygen demand of brain could be fufilled.you need to take her to paediatrician as soon as possible and get her investigations done e.g blood cp to check for haemoglobin levels, chest xray to look for lung pathology, 2D Echo to see cardiac pathology only then we can safely say that nothing is wrong with her system and she is having psychological attacks during hot showers.
